In summer, swim and sun on our warm sandy beach while the children (both young and old) play on the safe and shallow shoreline. Our beach amenities include use of our paddleboat, canoe, row boats and community fire pit. You may also picnic, hike, star gaze, toast marshmallows, fish -- or just relax. For those who might enjoy a quiet evening visiting local restaurants, ask Susanne and Steve for their favourite places to dine. For those who wish to venture off-site, check out our local golf courses, stables, Huntsville Festival of the Arts in early July and weekend events in Historical Downtown Huntsville.
In spring enjoy the early greenery as new life emerges. In fall immerse yourself in the colour of autumn grandeur that only Muskoka provides. Sightsee, photograph, hike, fish or enjoy the peaceful surroundings without summer havoc and traffic. Take in local fall fairs and events, golf or visit local antique shops or artisan galleries.
In winter, warm yourself in our cozy cottages and treat yourself to an optional catered
menu by Steve and Susanne, after spending the day downhill or cross-country
skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, tubing, snowshoeing, tobogganing -- or just
relaxing. Our resort is within short distance of Hidden Valley, Arrowhead Park,
the Sequin Trail, Rock Ridge and the famous Algonquin Park. On-site
we have our own rink and a frozen lake perfect for hiking, snowshoeing, or cross
country-skiing. Cross-country skis, snowshoes and snow machines can be
rented through us and ready and waiting for your arrival.
